Great experience here always. We have used Noles consistently for all aspects of our yard remodeling/improvement and we won't change. Love the selection, the staff and ease and quickness of deliveries.

Been going for 2 years and gotten mulch, soil, and sod here in that time. When I first started going, a guy was staffed and was normal. Now they have some lady who does her job but is not helpful. I once called to ask if they have sod in stock (they often run out) and was interrupted during my one question with “yes yes yes!!!” And then she hung up. May at this point just create a Claude AI agent and have that run calls and orders. When you go in, she doesn’t say hello. Doesn’t say thanks. Also the quality has gone downhill. Picked up sod this spring and it was covered in crabgrass and clover. I had to cut out all of the pieces and it ended up being an entire rolls worth of sod wasted. I recommend going to LTI sales in Lewisville who took the time to recommend some different ideas to me and their Bermuda was superior quality.

Stopped in for some 50/50 soil mix when my original location was out. Office staff was very nice, pickup was easy. There is a big dip in the back when you pickup soil fyi. 12’ Trailer got through fine but go through it correctly.

A GREAT, HARD WORKING team! Noles replaced our huge, rambling original railroad tie retaining wall, added strong underground drainage and then had them tear out and build us a brand new patio! They went above and beyond and were gracious when we wanted to add or change/tweak something here and there. We are already planning our next project with Noles and their amazing team. Great work ethic and top notch results!

I can not stress how amazing this company was in helping me fix a drainage problem caused by another company who refused to admit error. Berry was so pleasant and professional in helping to stop my house from being flooded. They had to add more drainage 2 additional times to hopefully finally have it solved. We have used them several times for grass and it has always looked amazing (well as long as it is watered properly which we didn't follow through and ended up redoing the front yard. But it looks awesome now. And Alexa always reminds me of watering day! I highly recommend them for any landscape or drainage projects! I would show you pictures of the drainage but it's all buried and out of sight and mind. And the front yard is beautiful and I posted a photo on their site.
